We operate a stringent selection procedure which ensures that medical experts joining our panel have the necessary qualifications, experience and professional standing to meet the requirements. A personal profile is maintained in electronic format to demonstrate that the expert has the appropriate qualities to fulfill the requirements of the job.

AMC utilizes the latest information technology for managing client’s file, from receipt of instruction till the preparation of final medical legal report. Every single event is recorded in the IT system and can be reproduced. The status of each case can be provided to claimants and law firm at any time on request..

• Key company policies, document templates and operating procedures are available to all staff in electronic format. These are kept up to date through regular board level review.
• The work has been divided between the different departments in the office to provide an efficient and comprehensive way of running the file till final product in the form of medical legal report.
• We have ability to keep the records in our system for 4-5 years even after the conclusion of the case. The medical legal report can be obtained from our archive at any time.

• Our policy is to invest in continual staff training and development; this enable our personnel in the office to offer a comprehensive service based on knowledge and experience Staff is given training appropriate to the designated tasks and are subject to regular performance appraisal.
• Any further improvement or development needs that are identified are met by the provision of the appropriate training of the staff.

We have a policy at AMC to encourage the medical legal experts to attend the approved medical legal courses. There are regular courses in London, Manchester and Bristol every year. These courses keep out medical staff up to date with the legal requirements of report.
